Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Refund Processing

We will reimburse you within 14 days after receiving the product(s) back, excluding delivery costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized products
• Products with obvious signs of use
• Products not in their original condition or those that are damaged

Late Returns

Any product received more than 14 days after the return notification will not be eligible for return and will not be refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@littlemagicroom.nl within the 14-day return period to initiate the return process. Include the order number, the item you would like to return, and your bank account number.
Ensure the product(s) is in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
Ship the product(s) back to us at the address below as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days after the notification.
